Pro Bono Santa & Mrs. Claus Visits
for Those in Need
Santa Craig Cringle and That Filipina Mrs. Claus, Aila Cringle, believe in giving back to the Huntsville community by offering free Santa and Mrs. Claus visits to those who need them most. Each year, we set aside a limited number of pro bono visits for 501(c)(3) nonprofits, churches, charitable organizations, and special circumstances, focusing on need-based and mission-driven events that align with our heart for children and families.
To continue serving sustainably, priority is given to weekday, daytime, and early-season requests and to causes that are near and dear to us, allowing us to give back without impacting our mission-supporting bookings. Because openings often come up at the last minute, we encourage those with flexible dates and times to request a visit.
How it Works
- Request: Fill out the request form with details about your need, your event or situation, and your flexibility with dates and times.
- Review: We review requests based on need, mission alignment, timing, and our existing schedule. Flexible dates and times help us consider your request when last-minute openings arise.
- Notification: If we are able to accommodate your request, we will reach out to you with available dates and details. Some visits are confirmed in advance, while others may be scheduled on short notice.
- No Guarantees, but Always Heart: Submitting a request does not guarantee a visit, but it helps us know where the need is greatest so we can serve when possible.
We receive many worthy requests, and while we wish we could say yes to all, we cannot grant all each year. Selected requests may be contacted on short notice when we have an opening that matches your request.
If we’re unable to fulfill your request, and with your permission, we may share it with our trusted network of local Christmas performers who also have a heart for serving the community.
Submit your Request.
There are moments in every season when hope, faith, and kindness are needed most. We honor your request with the reverence it deserves.
