$325 per hour — Home Visits, Small Business, Community, Non-Revenue & Non-Fundraising Events.
Ideal for in-home visits, family gatherings, neighborhoods, schools, churches, HOA events, small restaurants, boutiques, and celebrations where the host is not directly profiting from Santa/Mrs. Claus being present. Fundraising events for charities or causes also fall under this category unless otherwise negotiated due to scope.
$400 per hour — Corporate, Commercial & Revenue-Generating Events
For company holiday parties (including internal employee celebrations), branded activations, ticketed holiday experiences, malls/markets, and retail events where Santa/Mrs. Claus appearances contribute to audience draw, traffic, or direct revenue.
Photographer Session Days — Partnership Program
Professional photographers booking Santa and/or Mrs. Claus for their own mini sessions and studio client days. Rates are determined by partnership tier.

These short-format porch visits are designed to make your Elf’s story feel real for your children — with Santa & Mrs. Claus themselves helping guide the magic.
Elf Arrival (up to 15 minutes): $150
Santa & Mrs. Claus officially welcome your Elf to begin the season.
Elf Magic Restoration (up to 15 minutes): $250
If the magic is lost, Santa & Mrs. Claus can restore it — a perfect solution for those unexpected “oops” moments.
Elf Pickup (up to 15 minutes): $150
When it’s time for your Elf to return to the Northern Realms, Santa & Mrs. Claus escort them home in proper Christmas fashion.
Magic Restoration visits are typically unscheduled or last-minute requests, which is why the rate is higher than standard arrival and pickup visits.
Neighborhood groups booking multiple Elf visits within the same time window may receive preferred scheduling priority.
Dates are limited and these visits are highly schedule dependent.

In select high-impact community events, we may donate or adjust fees when schedules allow. If we support your event this year below standard rate, we ask that our standard rate be included and planned for in future budget cycles.

Santa Visit Pricing – Frequently Asked Questions
How much is required to secure my date?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due the weekday preceding the event. You may also choose to pay in full at time of booking if preferred, in which case half of your payment will be earmarked as the retainer.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your event for any reason, the retainer is non-refundable. If the performer is unable to appear, the sole exclusive remedy is the return of the retainer (or refund of full payment if paid in full). No additional damages or compensation shall be owed.
What is included in a visit?
Every visit includes warm, natural interaction from Santa Craig Cringle and That Filipina Mrs Claus – Aila Cringle (pending availability). Guests enjoy listening time, wish-sharing, gentle storytelling, and photos as time allows. Each appearance is tailored to the age, energy, and comfort level of the group.
Will Santa and Mrs Claus arrive together?
Whenever possible, Santa Craig Cringle and That Filipina Mrs Claus – Aila Cringle appear together at no additional charge. However, they also appear separately when it makes sense for the type of visit. Santa typically handles Christmas Eve experiences (such as Sneak-a-Peek or Catch-Santa visits), while Mrs. Claus specializes in cozy bedtime tuck-ins and select school or library programs. During peak dates or scheduling conflicts, appearances may also be split based on availability.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible — especially for November and December. Prime/Holiday dates and December Saturdays book out first. Corporate events and photographer session days often book several months in advance.
Can we take our own photos or video?
Yes. Photography and video are permitted unless otherwise restricted by the venue or nature of the booking (such as contracted commercial photo sets).
What if the visit runs longer than planned?
If your event requires more time than planned, extended time can be added at the applicable rate. Home visits, Elf visits, and special deliveries bill in 15-minute increments. All other event types bill in 30-minute increments, rounded up.
Are corporate events priced differently than home visits?
Yes. Home visits are $325 for up to 60 minutes. Small business events that are not revenue-generating are $325/hr. Corporate, large-footprint, and revenue-generating events — including commercial photo experiences — are $400/hr. Professional photographer mini-sessions are a separate category at $250/hr.
Are holiday peak dates priced differently?
Yes. Peak holiday dates are extremely limited and demand is significantly higher. These dates also require Santa & Mrs. Claus to give up time that would otherwise be dedicated to their own family holiday traditions, so premium rates apply. See Prime/Holiday Rates above for exact pricing.
Do you travel outside of the Huntsville / North Alabama region?
Yes — regional and national bookings are available when requested. Travel fees, transportation, lodging, and applicable expenses must be covered. See Travel & Regional Fees above.
